Now, this hasn’t happened in YEARS. There were so many comics this week that I actually had to split the pile between DC (and other publishers) and Marvel. When I started taking photos, I had so few that I could split between DC, Marvel and the others into two photos each week and it was fine. But as time went on, of course that became ridiculous to maintain. This week of comics was like NOPE, have this.
Peacemaker got a spin-off miniseries (not sure if it is connected to the show or just to help promote the show). Harley got a weird one-shot special which I probably won’t read, haha. The Hush event started in Batman. Flash continues to have Eclipso problems. I wonder who Starbreaker is. Power Girl has prehistoric problems. There seems to be two Canaries in Black Canary. JLU brings in some past villains. We got a new Absolute title focusing on its Martian Manhunter. And Sweet Paprika Open for Business dropped its next issue.
Below for he Marvel stuff.

We got the next issue for Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man. A Deadpool special focusing on many many Deadpools. The next Wolverine Revenge. There seems to have been a death in Matt’s life. I have no idea what’s going on in Hulk’s issue, haha. Gambit seemed to be busy. Laura’s comic’s guest was Bucky. X-Manhunt ended! Infinity Watch continued. Doom Academy continues while Doom’s Division started up. This miniseries focuses on the group Tiger Division. And the rest of the Doom event continued.

The next DSTLRY comic.

This cover is a wraparound but it’s weird because it’s only wraparound for the two inside parts. The main cover part is just a nighttime variant of the main cover of the book. I found that odd. But hey, it’s Jim Lee, it’s fine.

Such a great main cover! I knew I’d be getting two. And another Nakayama cover!

What I totally forgot, was that this was a wraparound cover! It looks great!

The double Harley cover of both artists as they’ve been for the past issues.

The main cover is great, the variants are great, just a lot of greatness!

Dan Mora has been doing an amazing job with these main covers. And Rafael Grassetti did such fantastic cover here!

I don’t normally do this, but since 4 Nakayama covers happened to pop up during the same week, I felt I had to put them all in one gallery. Just look at them! I said this in my post to him on Bluesky, that I’d watch a DC animated series based on his designs. Look at how great those characters are drawn and colored! Or even just a video game like on Harley’s cover based on his designs.

Such great variants! I love Spears take on the famous race between Clark and Barry. I always love seeing Bruce Timm era designs on covers, Shayera and Zatanna look great! And Diana looks amazing in that Frison cover!

Since these and last week’s Frison covers were split between two weeks, I didn’t do one gallery with them all, but, I liked both normal Diana and Absolute Diana next to each other.

I love these foil variants for Absolute Martian Manhunter! The colors look great!

I had to get this variant with Kakashi and Splinter on it.

The next set of covers for Sweet Paprika: Open for Business!

Basically, I got these for Ellie being on both covers. But they’re also fun.

Got this anniversary cover of Leia as depicted in her training scene with Luke. I would t say no to an animated series taking places during the 29 year gap, but we’re getting comics soon in that era. And I love getting more Rian Gonzales covers!

The next Kimono cover and a great Gambit cover by Taurin Clarke

These next two variants as part of their respective sets.

And the last Kimono cover! I have all 19 now! And a classic homage cover of course.

This is just another Momoko cover that wasn’t anything to do with her Kimono set. I love seeing the bike slide from Akira on comic covers! And a fantastic Werneck cover for Rogue.
