Again, not read any of these yet.
Black Cloak I initially got just for the variant cover by Peach Momoko, but I also read what the issue was about and thought I’d read it too, so beyond what I read, and I can’t remember what that was, I know nothing else about this title. As always, Vader has been great, so I assume this issue will be no different. the arc in Ghost Rider is coming to a head. I know that Logan is having a hard time via Beast’s machinations. Also, I really don’t like the version of Beast that’s been in the comics for the past decade or two. But I see the character in the characterization of his counterpart from the X-Men Animated Series, so, I’m a bit bias. I’m excited to get to X-Men because I think we’ll finally get an update on what’s going on with Laura and Laura and all that confusion. The last Carnage issue ended in a way that confused me, so I hope that things might be clarified in this issue. T’Challa is just continuing to have a bad time. Can’t wait to get it Daredevil! Same for Monica’s journey. And of course there are more issues from Dark Web, which will be over by the next NCBD posts I make.
I can’t quite remember what was going on in Wonder Woman, but Wonder Girl is stopping by, so that’s always fun. This Flash issue is the first in a new arc called the One Minute War. I am indeed intrigued. This is the last issue of Batman: Urban Legends, though I think there is another title that will start that has a similar anthology theme in a couple months. Here’s a new run of the Batman: The Animated Series comic. This surprised me when I saw that it was dropping this week when I was adding to my subscriptions a couple months ago. And the Lazarus Planet event has started for DC.
Covers below

As mentioned before, this is the Momoko cover. I liked that there was a chromatic theme of pink to this. Usually her covers are the image surrounded by white or a full cover of something, this was a nice difference.

This is the A cover and one of the variants for this Vader issue. The A Cover is another Razzah cover. And the variant is the 40th Anniversary ROTJ cover. With these movie anniversary covers when they’ve come, I certainly don’t get all 40 covers, I think I’ve stuck to getting the fist and last ones. Though I can’t remember what I did for the ones that we got in 2017 and 2020.

This was an odd cover to see. It is paying homage to the iconic Days of Future Past cover, but it’s an A cover. I certainly thought that with this month being homage variant cover month that this would have been the homage variant for this issue, but nope. But yeah, many seemed to have been slain last issue, so we’ll see what’s up in this issue.

This variant I hadn’t intended on getting but it was but in my pile and the more I looked at it, the more I liked it. So I just went for it. The details and stunning.

These variants for Lazarus Planet are great. The first one is a Mattina cover and I think it’s been a while since I’ve picked up one of his covers. He’s a fantastic artist. The other one was another variant that was in my box that I didn’t intend to be there but I ended up liking it enough to keep it. Though I do have another variant for this issue coming.

This tile has been a great way to tell many stories involving the bat-family, and others, at once. I mean pretty much all these characters and more. It was a great choice for an A cover for this final issue.

And this variant for it was fantastic. Even if it’s not a full movie poster cover, it’s close enough.

The next Dark Web covers. Every week that wasted web design (pun not intended) frustrates me!

The next homage covers. Hopefully, I can figure out which classic covers all of them are from by the time I do the collection post.

This is another wonderful Nakayama cover! The way he shades and lights his colors on his covers is just so well done. Every time!
